A quick bio for Steve Vai
Steve Vai is an American guitarist, composer, songwriter and producer. A three-time Grammy Award winner and fifteen-time nominee, Vai started his music career in 1978 at the age of eighteen as a transcriptionist for Frank Zappa and played in his band from 1980 to 1982. Steve was born in Carle Place, New York on June 6th, 1960. Steve is a virtuoso and one of the best musicians to ever pick up the guitar. He has spent many hours mastering his instrument and continues to inspire and teach others.
